Our population is declining and our population is aging. So it is important to keep a vital workforce here, talented folks, as well as to grow our economy. So We need to invest just like a business. We need to make smart decisions to invest in our university system, not starve it, which is what has happened over the last 10 years. And we have seen the results of that question on the economy here because we just saw the new consumer price report came out and inflation was at 2.4% for a 12 month period ending in September here.
