I don't think that there was enough. There was too much incentive for what we were getting as a state. That The Foxconn deal's not going to show us as a state, any benefit until, I believe, the year 2041 or 2043. And it's a technology company. Technology is going to be incredibly different that many years in the future. So I don't know if we're ever going to get our money back from it. (11:14–11:21)
