That's going to be a big item, a big question in the next budget. The prisons in Waupun and Green Bay were built in the 1800s. Do we need a new state prison? You know, I would be okay with replacing a prison because of bad infrastructure. Certainly the populations and programming that we have in prisons are different than they were 100 years ago. So I think we need to bring them up to safety standards. (04:54–05:01)
