And so if we can look at working with the problem that got somebody there versus just putting them away, you know, let's look at rehab, let's look at treatment instead of prison, let's look at some diversion courts. And Here in Eau Claire county we've got some phenomenal treatment courts. Whether it's veteran court, mental health, there's a court specifically for mothers as well to keep them out of prison and keep them with their children. (05:54–05:58)
