The way that cases come to us is if someone loses in the court of appeals, they can file a petition for review and ask us to take their case. Our petitions for review, the requests that we get, have been down the past couple of years. I'm not sure. Exactly why that is. We have a number of theories and we're looking into it, but it's my hope that those will start to tick up and we will start to have some more cases. (56:15–56:21)
