And so when we talk about recusal, recusal means that there is a situation where a judge might have a conflict in a case, where it might appear that the judge has a conflict in a case. And In Wisconsin, each individual judge or justice gets to decide whether or not they have a conflict or they appear to have a conflict. They get to decide that for themselves. So sometimes the issues are really easy. If you and my son get into a car accident and there's a lawsuit and that case comes before me, I shouldn't sit on that case. (27:08–27:17)
