When I took office in 2019, Illinois ranked 30th out of the 50 states. Last month, the 2026 list came out and we ranked 12th. Then Site Selection magazine ranked the top states for corporate expansions and incoming relocations. And Illinois now ranks second in the nation. Second, agriculture related companies have been integral to that success. So with a focus on the future, as the median age of farmers has steadily climbed, we've made historic investments in the next generation. (08:55–09:03)
