So I first had to right the fiscal ship and prove to investors and to business owners that the state of Illinois could govern itself properly. And we're doing just that. Since I took office, I balanced the budget eight straight years in a row and Moody's S and P and Fitch started giving us credit upgrades. Didn't just start, we've now gotten 10 credit upgrades in a row and we expect more. Our state pension funded ratio, this is important, has increased from about 39% when I took office to 50%.
