And that's saying a lot because the last Congress was the most unproductive Congress. In fact, if I'm going to be specific, there are 435 members of the House, 100 members of the U.S. senate. And While there is one party that has been in control for the last year, they have passed a total of 40 bills. 40 as of last year. That's how many got passed, and two of them got vetoed.
