There's been a lot going on on Capitol Hill which may be hard to believe given that This is the most unproductive Congress in recent history. And that's saying a lot because the last Congress was the most unproductive Congress. In fact, if I'm going to be specific, there are 435 members of the House, 100 members of the U.S. senate.
