To me, that looks like we need to go ahead and enact legislation that is completely contradictory to the interpretation that the Supreme Court has made. The Supreme Court has interpreted that the president has immunity. The courts are there to interpret laws that are written by the legislative branch. And so if you make it clear, then we're in a better space. That's number one. (21:50–21:55)
