It was smaller, it was more lean. And, you know, whether you agree with outcomes of certain GATT negotiating rounds, it functioned reasonably well. You know, fast forward to the wto. We invite the whole world, including, you know, non market economies and big economies that have statist approaches to trade. You know, not just China, India and others.
