So we have vast amounts of investment committed from pharmaceutical companies. And it's more than just committed. Right. I know people like to kind of throw out investment numbers and that kind of thing. But We have concrete in the ground and superstructures going up on new pharmaceutical facilities in North Carolina, in Southern California and Indiana, in Georgia. and fill and finish facilities, new R and D Across the board. So that is a hugely positive development. We have them coming in companies from Switzerland, companies from Denmark, companies from France, companies from Japan. (29:11–29:21)
