Obviously there's leak around the edges sometime. We now have a section 301 to address it. In a lot of our agreements on reciprocal trade, this is quite kind of blunt force, but Countries are agreeing that we can keep 15, 20, whatever percent tariff on them really did control for this issue or the spillover of it.
