I will say that the money for early childhood education programs this year, it was an additional $1 billion. This is the largest increase that this program has received, and it includes funding for a cost of living increase. So just those things don't come without us holding a hard line and making it priority issues. I think in Connecticut we are incredibly fortunate because one of the lead appropriators, the ranking member on appropriations, is Rosa DeLauro. (09:02–09:14)
