EXTENDED INTERVIEW: Frey speaks on O'Hara resignation

Published | Video Starts at 10:14

When Chief o' Hara took office as chief, there were several goals that I laid out for him. To drive down crime, to increase numbers on the police department, to generate trust within the community. Crime's gone down. The number of police officers that we have in the department has dramatically increased. We were hemorrhaging officers, and now we're gaining them. We've got the most diverse police department that we've ever had in our city's history. (10:14–10:20)
