The funding bill provided full year funds to all agencies except DHS, which was only funded through next Friday, February 13th. Soon Congress will have another funding cliff in front of us and another chance to vote on DHS appropriations. I voted no on the bill last week because I promised my constituents I wouldn't vote to send another penny to DHS until they agreed to commit to meaningful reforms. Additionally, last week I issued a statement calling on President Trump to to fire Kristi Noem. She is unfit to lead this agency. Congressional Democrats have been clear. (00:42–00:51)
