So the president said, okay, let's renew decreasing the payroll taxes for 160 million Americans. You know, now, mind you, these are not necessarily rich Americans. This is not Warren Buffett. But you know, This is the first tax cut that the Republicans have not liked because I guess President Obama proposed it. and it doesn't benefit. Well, it will benefit wealthiest Americans as well. But it was his idea. So of course they don't like it. (12:26–12:35)
