Like there might, you know, yeah, you need a license to drive, but you shouldn't have to have a license to vote. It's a poll tax. It requires that you go and expend money for a birth certificate. I mean, if you're 21 years old, there's a good chance you don't know where your birth certificate is. So you have to go and spend money. It's a poll tax. (38:55–39:01)
