You know, everything they're doing is illegal and unconstitutional. And I think that they have given you, all of us, the impression that they have an absolute right to impound funds. They do not have a right to impound funds that have already been appropriated. And there is litigation, not necessarily specifically with this funding around that whole issue of their, you know, and it's been, this has gone to the Supreme Court in the past. (45:01–45:07)
