I mean, what happens if you had Black History Month bulletin board up? Is that violating a DEI instructions? And so this is one of the things that we're going to have to navigate now. On February 25, a judge put a stay on the DEI executive order. and they said that grant recipients should still proceed with extreme caution. So our recommendation is y'all stay as close to possible to the statutory language of the grant. (24:33–24:51)
