You know, you can't say specifically, but this is. I have always headed up or been a part of a Head Start letter, and There will be letters sent around among all of our colleagues with regard to Head Start programs. Now, the good news is that Head Start has traditionally been a bipartisan program. It would never have survived these decades had it not been a bipartisan, bipartisan program. (53:40–53:48)
