Literacy is an ordinary superpower that every child deserves We're already seeing remarkable progress in states that are doing the same things I've covered tonight. These so called miracles have been taking place in red, blue and purple states who are climbing the ranks or maintaining their already strong positions. But these weren't miracles. (20:15–20:21)
