I am honored to be back for my eighth and final State of the State address. Thank you. Majority Leader Brinks, Speaker Hall, Minority Leader Nesbitt, Minority Leader Puri. I am eager to work with you all again on our last balanced, bipartisan budget. And let's get it done on time. June 30th.
