You know, in Michigan, we've been very lopsided control politically for a long time, for the legislature drew their own districts, and so the majority continued to stay in the majority because they picked their constituents as opposed to constituents picking their legislators. And We had a citizens initiative that went through and changed how districts were drawn. In Michigan, they were taken away from the legislature.
