Last month I traveled to Central America with a Select Committee on the Strategic Competition with China. We saw the PRC's efforts to build out presence in our hemisphere. From Huawei's dominance in El Salvador. to the CCP's demands that Chinese shipping companies, Costco, take a majority stake in ports on the Panama Canal.
