And so I think we should just recognize that people move instead of so much criminalization that you essentially drive things underground and make it so much more dangerous for people. I also believe that We shouldn't have second class citizens in our community. And so that means that when folks actually work here and live here and have decided to establish their lives here, then you should have the rights that everybody else have, which includes the right to vote.
