But The shredding of so much of that social safety net in the Reaganomics era and thereafter, a lot of folks have just been able to correlate that right back to some of the large amounts of homelessness that it is that we see. And around the country, as rents go up, homelessness goes up. It's not directly tied to overdoses, not directly tied to mental health cases or substance use. Those things are all correlated.
