As much as Texas is already a cherished place to live as much as people are seeking to come here. If we past the solutions I just articulated, Texas will immediately become the most affordable state in the United States of America. That in turn is going to lead to more people coming here. That in turn will lead to the revenue that will help us make sure we're able to keep those property taxes low for generations to come. (13:00–13:08)
