Lake and Riley was killed by an illegal immigrant who was came to the United States, was allowed here, committed a crime here before killing Lake and Riley, and was released back out on the streets only to kill Lake and Riley. Think of Jocelyn Nungaree, who was murdered by two people who were allowed into the United States illegally from Venezuela, who went on to murder Jassan Nungri. (14:06–14:18)
