The licenses have to align with the larger state vision. We had to make sure that there was real financing. So we stress test that and about $300 million We pulled back from that first round and we redirected in this new round. It passed its prologue. We'll go through that same process and that same interim process. And obviously now, you know, as we tighten that process of screening and more accountability as there's a larger maturation, you know, we're also entering in the unknown. (53:26–53:31)
