And as well, we're also counting down the days to July 1st of this year because another component part of of Proposition 1 was the reform of our Mental Health Services act. And that was This transfer of roughly 30% of the annual appropriations, a billion dollars a year to focus on housing. And that goes into effect July 1st of this year.
