I think it's probably a little bit of both. Here's the unemployment rate. It got down to 4. It's up to 4.3. The U6 is the real unemployment rate. That factors in people disillusioned, people that have part time jobs, that want full time jobs, all the rest. But why is the unemployment rate, I would have thought that would have been higher.
