And, you know, hats off to them to even do this, to have to raise the money, to have to deal with government inefficiencies, to have to deal with elected officials that make it challenging. The cost of building has gone through the roof. It's so expensive to build in New York. And so we need to be doing everything that's possible to have a win win relationship.
