I took my years of before public life and then my years in public life, particularly as the mayor, and I looked at what is it that cities need. I learned so much about the dysfunctionalities of cities and how cities can't get out of their own way. And not only in New York or America, but across the globe. And so what I have been doing is assisting cities and dealing with some of the historic long term problems that they have experienced. (06:34–06:43)
