If we want to keep tuition low, if we want to make sure that we're able to pay teachers what they're worth. A lot of this is going to come from growing this economy. I think We could do a better job with energy production, dairy expansion, small business startups, bringing high tech jobs home to South Dakota. I think we need a plan, a multi year plan to get that done. So what is the government's role in incentivizing that, especially financially? From a budgetary standpoint, we're never going.
