You know, with respect to the billion dollars that's going to be diverted from the rainy day fund, I was comfortable spending up over a little over $2 billion. And the reason being is We have $10 billion in the rainy day fund today. I could never vote to ever go below $8 billion because that would start to affect our credit rating.
