My amendment is included in this package. A few weeks ago, the BNSF railroad derailed in a little town called DeSoto, Wisconsin. None of you have ever heard of that. We had a train car full of paint floating down the Mississippi river that could have impacted on a dam. which would have caused a terrible, cascading, catastrophic effect throughout the Mississippi River. Prior to the derailment, I expressed my concerns with the BNSF railroad. (00:16–00:23)
