We had a train car full of paint floating down the Mississippi river that could have impacted on a dam which would have caused a terrible, cascading, catastrophic effect throughout the Mississippi River. Prior to the derailment, I expressed my concerns with the BNSF railroad. I was uncomfortable with the conditions of the track, and unfortunately, they didn't pay enough attention to my warnings.
