A few weeks ago, the BNSF railroad derailed in a little town called DeSoto, Wisconsin. None of you have ever heard of that. We had a train car full of paint floating down the Mississippi river that could have impacted on a dam which would have caused a terrible, cascading, catastrophic effect throughout the Mississippi River.
