We have a Supreme Court that is ideologically extreme, does not obey precedent, does not follow the rule of law, is legislating from the bench, which is also made up of radical right wing ideologues who are getting paid by billionaires. One of the things I would consider doing is expanding the court. Nine is not a number that's sacrosanct. And traditionally, the number of justices has matched the number of circuits.
