Why not eleven justices, particularly given the games that Mitch McConnell played in violating every norm out there to try to get his people onto the bench. I would also support in the House potentially defunding the Supreme Court unless and until they agreed to binding codes of ethics. and perhaps more. I do not think Clarence Thomas should be sitting on the highest court in this land. He should be in prison, under indictment at the very least. (34:37–34:45)
