I think they certainly are a broadening of the interpretation. So far they've been supported by the courts. So it's hard for me to say that. When you say supported by the courts, Are you saying that the dozens in a row that Samsung and Intel saw denied have been gone to the courts or are you saying they haven't yet been seen by the court? They say some of the denials have been appealed to the Federal Circuit and so far the Federal Circuit has supported the USPTO's discretion in every case. I believe so. (1:30:58–1:31:11)
