And as I said when Hagedorn first announced it, I don't like it, but I agree with it. Hagedorn should have recused himself. The Code of Judicial Conduct demands it. Susan Crawford has no such ethical compunction. She's going to hear the Act 10 case. So too is Janet Protest Saywitz who signed the Scott Walker recall, which was over Act 10.
