We need to keep going back to referendum until you idiots pass it. If there is one thing I would like to see the Republican legislature put next in a constitutional amendment. If you as a school district put a referendum on the ballot and it fails or it succeeds, you can next do one in five years and not a day earlier. I am tired of this just wearing down voters with referendum after referendum after referendum just every time Wisconsinites go to the polls. (1:45:06–1:45:20)
