Two weeks ago, National Testing Standards revealed that Wisconsin is a National embarrassment. We are by far the worst state in the country for educating Black children. Just 5% of Black fourth graders statewide can read or do math at grade level. No other state even comes within about 4 percentage points. It's pathetic. Pathetic.
