Just like we have a responsibility for public schools as a country, we want our kids to learn those early years. Need high quality, affordable child care. Right now in most states it costs more for child care than it does for tuition at the state college. And that burden is all falling on American families that they cannot bear the federal government and the state government. There has to be a program to make child care more affordable. (22:07–22:15)
