Even the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court said in Rucho vs Common Cause that partisan gerrymandering is undemocratic and that we can't stop it, which I disagree. The Supreme Court could have. So the legislature should remember this. Every Republican voted for partisan gerrymandering. Every Democrat in Congress voted against it. And so it is patently unfair for a Democrat in Texas not to have fair representation. (16:39–16:46)
