And so it is patently unfair for a Democrat in Texas not to have fair representation. They can make up 55% of the voting population and only have a third 30% of the representatives. in the House of Representatives because of the way they're drawing maps. It is also unfair for a Republican in California now to Maybe make up 40% of the vote but only have 20% of the congressional representation. (16:48–16:59)
