What is it? I think it's both. I think so. I met with the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and they polled most of their representation, business owners. The vast majority of [El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce business owners] wanted to raise a minimum wage between $7 and 15. They said it doesn't have to be the full 15 right now, but they believe in an incremental increase. So I think those are the things that we need to look at. (54:03–54:08)
